Main objective of the project ICHNOS PLUS is to facilitate the start of enterprises, decreasing the bureaucratic processes and providing better support in the businessmen, via a network of “Services of Attitude for the Enterprises” (One Stop Shops-OSS). The businessman with a visit there, will permit the employee in order to fulfill - on behalf of him - the processes that are required for the foundation of an enterprise in various public services (Tax Office, Social Security Funds etc.). The co-ordination of this network will become via a Regional Centre of Sufficiency (Regional Competence Center-RCC). Initially, this role will be undertaken by the Regional Development Funds of N. Aegean Region.
The project ICHNOS PLUS is the continuation of the project «ICHNOS: Innovation and change - the network of Services of Attitude ", that was materialized in the frame of Operational Program INTERREG III C and was completed in April 2007. It aims in optimizing the concretization of model in question in the three Regions that materialized ICHNOS and promote its effective transmission and development, in the remainder participating European Regions.
